The new billing system designed for them was an enterprise system – a combination of order-to-billing product from Chikpea.com and Financial Accounting from Financial force in the force.com platform. The billing system allows user to add products to the opportunity through Product Configurator, create quotation, and send to customers.

It allows to convert the Quote to Order and generate the consolidated invoices along with the subscription, purchase and usage details in a formatted PDF file and send to customers as bill.
