Self-Hosted

FileCloud’s secure enterprise file sharing platform can be deployed on-premises through AWS, Azure or Google Cloud or behind your company’s firewall. You have customization options and maximum control over enterprise data.

Compliance

FileCloud offers compliance solutions for important industry/government standards such as HIPAA, FINRA, GDPR, CCPA, ITAR and NIST 800-171, so organizations can run their own file share, sync, and endpoint backup solution.

Iron-Clad Security

FileCloud meets stringent security requirements with its 256-bit AES and SSL encryption for data at rest and in transit, audit trails, digital rights management, 2FA, SSO, granular file sharing, anti-virus scanning, DLP, and more.

High-Trust Organizations Require High Security File Sharing

FileCloud is a hyper-secure, enterprise-grade, content collaboration platform that offers a powerful file sharing, sync, and backup solution for highly regulated organizations.

FileCloud is used by millions in government, banking and financial services, education, non-profit, legal, and manufacturing sectors around the world. With innovative and intuitive tools, FileCloud meets industry and government regulatory requirements for security.

FileCloud features can be specifically enabled by the admin to respond to an organization’s unique needs and existing infrastructure.

Security Features in FileCloud

SSO and 2FA help maintain login credentials and access security.

Data Anonymization and Pattern Search support compliance with data privacy regulations.

Device Management enables admins to block users or remotely wipe data.

Audit Trails collect user and file activity (What, When, Who, Where, and How).

Records Retention ensures no data is lost or deleted.

Metadata and Content Classification prevent data leaks and support compliance.

Compliance Center offers ITAR, GDPR, and HIPAA configurations.

Workflow Automation streamlines repetitive administrative tasks.

Self-Hosted File Sharing

With the option to self-host, FileCloud can be installed behind corporate firewalls or run by a public cloud IAAS provider like AWS (including AWS GovCloud), Azure, or Google Cloud.

Admins and users can take advantage of flexible, secure sharing options to control exactly which data is shared, with whom, and for how long. Share links can be set to private or public, along with password-protection, expiration dates, and download limits. Shares can also be revoked at any time.

For organizations that frequently collaborate with end-users, clients, or external partners, FileCloud offers unlimited client accounts. These accounts help ensure secure sharing of files by extending the protections of your FileCloud environment. Client accounts bear no additional cost and won’t run up your licensing requirements.

Antivirus, Malware, and Ransomware Protection

Built-in antivirus scanning ensures files entering the FileCloud environment are clear from threats. You can also integrate with any enterprise anti-virus (e.g., Symantec) that supports ICAP. FileCloud’s heuristic engine detects and blocks ransomware or malware. Endpoint backup ensures no data is lost in the event of a breach.
