| Job Description | • Should hold Certification in Salesforce Platform 1 • Responsible for Salesforce delivery center specification/ Skills/ Experience • Responsible for designing and successfully implementing Salesforce.com solutions to customers • Able to interact independently with customers to understand, analyze and document requirements and convey solutions, status etc. • Very good communication skills • Knowledge in web services creation and integrations • Knowledge in Salesforce.com native customizations like approvals, Dashboards, Workflows, Page Layouts, Security/Profiles, Triggers and SOQL Queries etc is a must • Knowledge in Apex programming, Visualforce pages and batch programming • Knowledge in Rest API/ JSON • Knowledge of Salesforce.com administration and configuration is important • Basic RDBMS and SDLC knowledge is primary |
